About Skunk #1
Take an Afghani landrace, cross it into Acapulco Gold and Colombian Gold, and you get the plant that turns up in more hybrid family trees than almost anything else on the shelf. Skunk #1 has been used as a parent so often that half the modern catalogue owes it something. The smell is why everyone knows the name: dank and pungent with a thin line of sweet citrus under it, turning honeyed once it is lit. As a grow she is about as forgiving as cannabis gets, happy in any room with decent airflow, sensible humidity and temperatures in the seventies, and hard to knock off her stride. Nine to ten weeks of flower. Outdoors she wants Mediterranean sun and comes down mid October up north, ahead of the frosts.
