About Power Plant
Built out of several South African landraces and released in 1997, and it has held a place in catalogues ever since on the simple strength of being hard to get wrong. The sativa side shows in the stretch, so it climbs rather than spreads, but it tops out between three and five feet and a screen keeps the canopy level. Individual colas can push a foot long, which is the bit that surprises people. The real headache indoors is the smell, which carries much further than you would guess from a plant this size, so run a filter and do not skimp on it. Eight to ten weeks of bloom, earthy and peppery, and the yields are why growers keep coming back.
